The categories of personal data processed are:

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data retention period is:

  • Administrative and accounting activities: For invoices (exactly as for accounting and tax documents), the retention period is 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship.
  • Data collected with expressed consent for promotional activities and newsletter sending, images, photos, videos are retained until consent is revoked.
  • Web visitor data is retained only for the duration of the browsing session.
  • Data related to food intolerances and/or allergies: until the end of the project.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
